These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Nabza. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
By creating an account or using Nabza, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information, links, and media you publish. You must be the rightful owner of any content you upload and must not post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Nabza Premium members can receive anonymous messages from visitors to their profile. You can report any message you receive as abusive, which immediately removes it from your inbox. Do not use anonymous messaging to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Nabza Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period, except as required by law or store policy.
You agree not to misuse Nabza — including attempting to disrupt the service, scraping data, impersonating others, or violating any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile, inbox, and stored media. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Nabza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabza and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nabza after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
